  1. The press will ask for clarification of the clarification from the supreme court. It is the press that is fueling this. They won’t talk about electricity, food prices, infrastructure.

  2. Most of your Guests are taking Sides
    The Supreme Court is Clear.
The Problem is Yes Abure should Step aside but it’s still Abure that will conduct his replacement

A Chairman can’t vacate without planning who will succeed him.

Buhari can’t Step aside without conducting election for Tinubu to come in

POS and Alex Otti are flexing Muscles which I understand but that’s not the right way to arrest the Situation

  3. . . .Supreme Court pronouncements in Nigeria today is not “Supreme” Why has the Supreme Court find it difficult to simplify her pronouncements interpretable by lawyers? Remember that RiverStates Emergency Rule crisis has not been resolved for lack of clear pronouncement by Supreme Court thus complicating the matter. May be Nigeria needs another teer of Court above Supreme Court whose pronouncement will be clear enough and no longer leading to misinterpretation by Nigerians.

  4. If you want to know the Truth of any matter, NEVER ask a lawyer. Because by virtue of their training, they can only be factual and not truthful. And facts , according to lawyers, is never here nor there. It is arguable!

  5. Only the lady was bold enough to confront the Lawyers in the house concerning Supreme Court judgement that Julius Abure tenue has expired.

  6. This man is getting everything wrong. Supreme court by saying that the matter is set aside and dismissed simply means that Julius Abure ceases to be the chairman as proclaimed by the lower court. Also, there is no way supreme court can just start giving advice that anyone whose tenure has expired should humbly vacate, when they are not talking to someone if not Abure. Indirectly they are telling Abure that his tenure has expired and he should give way.
I also think that courts must help political parties determine who is national chairman especially when two or more people are laying claim to one position. It happens in presidential and governorship elections, so why not for parties. If this kind of issue is left unresolved then in future we shall see unending political wranglings in our political parties.
