If you’re running a company that can submit a R50 million tender you’re not poor and don’t need preferential treatment.
These overflated tenders are all part of a scheme as those who approves the tenders get kickbacks from the person receiving the tender and there are no guarantee that they will be able to complete the transaction and so it goes and those who don’t complete whatever they are doing gets offered even more tenders so how corrupt could it be
