The senate president, former senate and Tambuwal were not qualified to contest for the senate having contested presidential primaries in their various political parties. But the supreme court ruled against the electoral law passed by the senate and signed into law by president Buhari which stated that no person will contest for two positions in the same electoral circle. There are so many contradictory rulings by different courts during his tenure. To me he performed below average
