THE JUSTICE SYSTEM IN OUR COUNTRY IS A JOKE. IT WAS PREVIOUSLY INDICATED THAT MALE FLUID/SEMEN WAS FOUND IN THE CHILD, AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE USED FOR FURTHER ANALYSIS. ON TOP OF THAT, THE MOTHER GAVE THE POLICE THE UNIFORM WORN ON THE DAY OF THE INCIDENT, WHICH WAS SAID TO CONTAIN BLOOD, YET NOTHING IS SAID ABOUT IT….
THE POLICE FURTHER FAILED TO INFORM THE FAMILY OF THE PROGRESS, YET SAPS IS BEING COMMENDED, FOR WHAT?
😡IT’S SAID THE PRINCIPAL IS CLEARED, WHAT ABOUT ALL THE OTHER MEN WHO INTERACTED WITH THE CHILD?
No foreign DNA possibly because the little girl may have been bathed a few times already by the time a case was opened, since the incident happened on the 14th Oct, and reported on the 16th because the mom didn’t suspect what eventually came to light.
So now a witness is needed to sufficiate arrest but with Omottoso “no amount of witness” is sufficient for arrest. Aiiii South Africa. Already we can see that this case ls going to be one of the statistics😢
