Why are they brainwashing citizens against protest. They are making it look as if protesting will lead to destruction of lives. No. Protest is a civic right and it can be peaceful if it’s not jeopardized.
My fear is Yoruba people might not turn out for protests and turn these great protests into tribalistic issues. I hope Yoruba people will not become traitors as usual .
My fellow Nigerians, protest is evil. Nigerians should avoid it. It has never brought tangible good to us before, and it cannot bring it in the future. We don’t know how many innocent lives may be lost. These are the children of some people. We don’t know the amount of property that may be damaged. These are things some have laboured to put together. Let us look at Libya and where the past protest that led to the killing of Gaddafi has brought them. Consider the protests in Egypt, the souls that were lost, and likewise in Sudan, to name a few. Where were these nations before the protests, and where are they now? Let us avoid this evil called protest. It only brings calamities to our dear nation.
