This is why I think the government made the right decision not to stop issuing licence to import PMS despite the all the clamouring. If that option was closed, I can bet Dangote won’t be reducing the price of PMS. Just look at how much profit Dangote declared on cement recently despite the cry for reduction in price of cement.
