I think Prof is reinforcing Felix’s point. He said the fact that Prof can start a shadow govt is another evidence that Nigeria has a working democracy. Here, Prof is also saying the same thing, that his “shadow govt” is something to strengthen democracy and that ruling govt should praise it.
