If you and your institution have done your job prior, what the other sports do at the location can’t be different from what has been planned. Again, he just said Nigeria was allowed to compete in the cycling at the last minute. Hence no bicycle. What if Nigeria qualified early for the cycling, what bicycle would they have used 🤔 ??? He could not even mentioned the name of the bicycle, he speaks with the generality of a man from the street.
