What a stupid 😢organising committee surely all serial numbers should scan and tally and a search and rescue should not be more than 12 hours !! 😮if they were organised they should have picked up this lady long ago

My concern ,had the finish line been confined to the stadium , would Moira had diverted in the frame of mind she suffered. She would’ve been surrounded by athletes Unconditionally.😢
This cold snap nearly cost her her life! Thank goodness she’s safe! Hypothermia is dangerous to anyone. She might have been dehydrated after the marathon, leading to her mental confusion.
