Maser CEO Prateek Suri arrives in Dubai for World Governments Summit, joins global dialogue on logistics

Maser Group chief executive officer Prateek Suri will attend the World Governments Summit in Dubai, which begins on 3 February, where he is slated to speak at a roundtable on global logistics and trade.

The annual summit brings together world leaders, policymakers and industry experts to discuss issues in governance, economic development and technological innovation, while promoting collaboration between governments and the private sector.

Prateek Suri is among several speakers participating in a session focused on trade corridors, supply-chain resilience and the future of logistics. Other participants include the UAE Minister of State for Foreign Trade, Thani bin Ahmed Al Zeyoudi; Zambia’s Vice President, Mutale Nalumango; Sierra Leone’s Minister of Trade, Alpha Ibrahim Sesay; Sri Lanka’s Minister of Ports and Civil Aviation, Anura Karunathilaka; Serbia’s Minister of Mining and Energy, Dubravka Đedović Handanović; Jamaica’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Kamina Johnson Smith; and Dominica’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Business, Trade and Energy, Vince Henderson.

According to the summit agenda, discussions will address economic growth through trade corridors, public-private collaboration, digital transformation in logistics, regulatory alignment and sustainable supply-chain management.

Suri is expected to speak on the role of technology-enabled logistics networks in regional integration and market access for businesses in emerging economies.

Maser Group, under Suri’s leadership, has expanded from consumer electronics into investments linked to infrastructure, technology and trade. His participation places the company among private-sector actors engaging with policymakers on global trade and logistics issues.
