  1. I love Namndi Kanu and his blodness, but it is WRONG in this case

    1. . You can not be a judge in your case.

    2. The passage he read was not complete. There is “IF” the judge failed to finish the application of withdrawal, the judge gas to do so.

    3. The Anthony General was telling the justice to finish her application with the defendant.

    4. The law made it clear that Justice Binta can not relieve herself without completing an application to ascertain your consent.

    5. Kanu should have allowed the judge to properly complete the application and the case to be transferred to another person.
    6. I understood Kanu might have been frustrated, but his lawyers need to calm him down and act wisely.

  2. This is a stupid narrative of the Supreme court ruling today. Channels TV is a total disgrace and disappointment to her teaming viewers.

  3. Fugbara willingly withdrew the case at the Supreme court because, the matter had been overtaken by events because the 27 former members of Rivers Assembly defected

  4. Esomiles says Kanu has anger issues – anger issues ? It’s people like you that make some people question if God exists and if He does, whether He’s the God of justice. People like you that have mortgaged their consciences on the alter of hatred and tribalism. I doubt if you will survive 5 yrs in jail without trial, especially when the Supreme Court itself has said you have no case to answer. If you find yourself in such place, take a birth day cake to the judge that put you there

  5. Alaska is just one state out of the 50 in the United States of America. Its landed area is more that 1 million square kilometers. Nigeria has a landed area of 900,000+ square Kilometers according to known geographical sources, unless we are being lied to. So, isn’t 36 states already too many? It is obvious that those agitating for newer states to be carved out of existing ones are definitely not expressing the wishes of their people but thier own selfish interest for political gains at the expense of their people. The country has become like a decaying radio active element which half life has no determinate endpoint. Our leaders are in essence advocating for slicing up the country into tiny little pieces until every King, Chief, Traditional Ruler, Sheikh, Emir etc have control over their own private kingdoms. Restructuring the country into not more than six AUTONOMOUS regions (NE, NW, Middle Belt, SS, SE, SW) with a loose central administration in ABUJA should be what responsible and serious leaders ought to be advocating for.
