In the news earlier they said Government cant keep up with EC scholar transport funding. In the WC they are retrention 2000 teachers because of a trashy budget by Enoch and In KZN they had issues with school nutrition. All 3 must see a double increase with whats expected of the Bela bill including extra school and teachers to cater for kids with disaabilities. This Bela is a scam.
