I don’t see any bold steps here. Why will anyone even conceive the thought of selling crude in dollars to local refiners? What will be a bold step is if they stop fixing the price of petrol and allow the market to harmonize itself
Can someone tell me if energy is the basic requirement for economic development in a country , and now electricity is dysfunctional and petrol is far from the common entrepreneur in our country, what story are we really telling.
