uMkhonto weSizwe Get together (MK) Nationwide Organiser Floyd Shivambu has welcomed former Financial Freedom Fighters (EFF) member Busisiwe Mkhwebane to the get together.

Shivambu, 41, who beforehand served because the deputy president of the EFF, left the get together to hitch MK Get together. He co-founded the EFF in 2013 with Julius Malema after the latter was expelled from the African Nationwide Congress (ANC). The 2 leaders have maintained an in depth friendship that extends past politics over time.

In August, Shivambu stunned many by saying his resignation from the EFF. He instantly joined Jacob Zuma’s MK Get together, leaving many South Africans questioning his choice.

Final week, Mkhwebane adopted Floyd Shivambu’s lead and in addition exited the EFF.

Mkhwebane reunited with Floyd Shivambu

On Friday, the previous Public Protector introduced that she was becoming a member of the MK Get together. Shivambu took X(Twitter) to welcome her former colleague to the organisation.

“Welcome Commanders Mkhwebane and Mchunu to the management of uMkhonto weSizwe management,” Shivambu tweeted.

“The provinces of Mpumalanga and KwaZulu Natal are blessed to have such high quality management!”
