So delays in road construction in Nigeria is always intentional b’cos of corruption 🤔. All engineering systems are the same fundamentally. Engr. Umahi should that same God’s wisdom and grace and apply same on all delayed projects in the SS and SE. Before now, we have noticed quick execution of projects in the North while delaying projects in the SS and SE😢😂😮
Doing temporary and then permanent work is wasteful and not cost effective. We understand the games. U are not the only smart engineer in Nigeria. Tune down your over blotted ego😮
