Absolutely true that this evil government would no doubt may have given instructions for the network providers to temper the network quality from 4g – 3g and 2g, because the network has been a disaster since July 31st. This is shameful
how come MTN network is so terrible today? I’ve never seen a poorer network…even when they was an issue with mtn it wasn’t this bad.
