Waltersmith and Azikel are Private Refineries operational that produce PMS and other by-products. Aradel has a refinery as well but they don’t produce PMS.
So, Dangote is not the only operational refinery.
Nigeria’s problem:1] We plan our budget on our expected revenues from only one source: oil.
2] We are not manufacturing anything at all.
3] We are dependent on the US Dollar. We should be trading in Naira.
4] We need leadership that will resist the West so that we can stop being a vassal state of the US and UK

So, any data from CBN and Ministry of Finance is incorrect and basically “cooking the books”.

What is the meaning of refinery? Does it only mean where PMS is produced. I think Kelvin is misleading the public
