You can do more by mentioning names of those involved in the importation. We’ve had several similar situations before, but to this day, no one knows what happened to them. Obviously, the importers were left off the hook for vested interests.
Would it not have been better to allow the owners to clear the containers, track them to their final destinations and then swoop down on the owners?
