I think it is not wise to pursue a case which took place 42 yrs ago..I sympathise big time with family of the departed but I doubt strongly if credible evidence will be adduced…Or these 02 accused must submit representations to Adv A Chauke as soon as they can for charges to be dropped..20/11/2024
