the cause was the bus tipped over on top of the people – it was the people fault- it couldn’t possibly be the driver or the driver of the other vehicle or the maintenance of the bus or any such issues- they don’t exist at all in SA – why else would there be virtually no traffic officer presence throughout the country?- everyone is good at driving and have valid licenses roadworthy vehicles and respect the rules!
By law a dashcam in ALL vehicles!!
