Nigeria Medical Affiliation, Federal Capital Territory (NMA-FCT) chapter, has suggested Nigerians to domesticate the behavior of exercising day by day for good well being.
The Vice Chairman of the chapter, Eno Ekop, gave the recommendation throughout the affiliation’s final day of actions to commemorate the 2023 Physicians Week in Abuja.
Mrs Ekop mentioned that the one-week actions for the Physicians Week ended with indoor video games.
She added that the theme of the week “That is Our Probability to Get it Proper within the Well being Sector,” created an avenue for docs to relaxation, train and provides to the residents the required medical consideration.
She mentioned “we do that yearly to have fun ourselves and perform medical providers to Nigerians.
“We began the exercise on Sunday with a Church mass, Tuesday was the opening ceremony, we had medical outreach on Thursday to offer the residents medical consideration, particularly the aged.
