Minister of State, Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo stated his petitions to legislation enforcement companies in opposition to Atiku Abubakar have been obtained.
Keyamo is a director within the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Marketing campaign Council (PCC) for Bola Tinubu.
In a tweet on Tuesday, he shared the acknowledgement copy of his communication to the Financial and Monetary Crimes Fee, EFCC.
Different companies he petitioned to arrest and prosecute Atiku are the Impartial Corrupt Practices and Different Associated Offences Fee, ICPC, and the Code of Conduct Bureau, CCB.
“#ATIKUGATE: Receipt of my petition by three law-enforcement companies”, the minister wrote.
Keyamo alleged offences of cash laundering, legal breach of belief, legal misappropriation, and conspiracy in opposition to the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Occasion, PDP.
The APC PCC spokesperson requested the anti-graft companies to take motion in opposition to Atiku inside 72 hours.
Keyamo recalled that since final week, “Nigerians have been in shock” over the revelations of a whistleblower, Michael Achimugu who supplied “proof” in opposition to Atiku.
He famous that Achimugu, a former aide to the ex-Vice President, offered emails, paperwork, audio clips, sworn affidavit and direct oral proof.
Keyamo stated the proof confirmed Atiku “colluded together with his then boss, President Olusegun Obasanjo, to fleece the nation and steal public funds utilizing what he termed as Particular Goal Automobiles (SPVs).”
