The results of the election was introduced by the Chairman of the Affiliation’s first conference Adhoc Planning Committee, Mr Audu Yahwa.

He said that, Abdulrazak Kaura scored 124 votes to defeat his closest rival, Viashima Leonard who polled 112 votes respectively .

“Abdulrazak Bello having scored the very best votes and met the necessities is hereby declared the winner and returned elected “. Audu Yahwa stated.

Different contestants that returned unopposed have been Hassan Bamidele, Vice President; Rimamyang Amos, Secretary; Ezekiel Luka; Assistant Secretary; Kabiru Ibrahim, monetary Secretary; Abdulsabur Hassan, Treasurer; Idris Garba, Welfare officer and Olufemi Ebenezer as Publicity Secretary.

The federal Polytechnic Kaura Namoda established within the 12 months 1982 has over fifty thousand graduates of various disciplines.

In his remarks, Rector of the Polytechnic Engr Muhammad Yahaya Bande who congratulated the primary executives for the victory stated the Alumni conference was lengthy overdue after 41 saying there may be want for Alumni to provide you with initiatives of paying again to the Alma mater and assist their members who want it.
