Feb. 15 (UPI) — A lawsuit by a girl accusing rappers Jay-Z and Sean “Diddy” Combs of rape when she was 13 in 2000 has been withdrawn, based on a court docket submitting from her legal professional.
On Friday, the civil swimsuit “is voluntarily dismissed with prejudice,” the lady’s legal professional, Tony Buzbee, wrote in U.S. District Courtroom in Manhattan.
The girl, and her legal professionals acknowledged to NBC Information in an interview that there have been inconsistencies in her account when the lawsuit was refiled in December to call Jay-Z.
