Wike Pronounces Punishment For Defaulters In Fee Of Certificates Of Occupancy Price

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has introduced that the deadline for land allottees to remit their Certificates of Occupancy charges won’t be extended.

He emphasised the significance of people assembly their monetary duties, noting that when the grace interval concludes, the lands will likely be reassigned to different events.

Naija Information experiences that Wike made these remarks throughout a routine inspection of a number of important infrastructure initiatives presently in progress inside the FCT.

Among the many initiatives inspected have been the 15-kilometre left-hand service carriageway of the Outer Southern Expressway (OSEX) from Ring Highway 1 to Wasa Junction, the Abuja Division of the Courtroom of Attraction advanced situated in Dakibiyu, Jabi District, and the 5-kilometre Saburi Highway.
