A blended employees of police and army troops foiled a bandits assault on Akwando Village in Kachia Local Authorities Station of Kaduna on Monday.
Police spokesperson in the converse, Mohammed Jalige, acknowledged on Tuesday that the troops killed even handed among the bandits and recovered one AK47 rifle.

Mr Jalige added that the corpse of the neutralised bandit used to be deposited at Kachia Overall Scientific institution as investigation and rigorous patrol went underway to apprehending the fleeing bandits.
He acknowledged also that normalcy had returned to Akwando Village and appealed to folks to dispute someone with gun damage to the authorities, assuring of absolute confidentiality.
