That is to inform the Nigerian Change Restricted (NGX) and the investing public that the Quarter 1, 2024 Unaudited Monetary Statements (Q1 Financials) of Transnational Company Plc (the Firm) can be authorized by the Board of the Firm on Thursday, April 25th, 2024.
In compliance with the post-listing necessities of the NGX, the Closed Interval st 2024 will proceed till twenty-four (24) hours after the Q1 Financials are filed with the NGX and launched to the general public.
Accordingly, no Director, individual discharging managerial accountability, staff with delicate info and advisers of the Firm and their related individuals might immediately or not directly deal within the securities of the Firm till twenty-four (24) hours after the discharge of the Q1 Financials to the NGX and by extension, the general public.
