Texas man pardoned over Jan. 6 assault is needed in 2016 cost of soliciting a minor

AUSTIN, Texas — A Texas man launched from jail beneath President Donald Trump’s sweeping pardons over the Jan. 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol is needed by authorities on a 2016 cost of soliciting a minor on-line, prosecutors say.
