Even in Namibia building quality roads that last the test of time is nothing… Maybe Nigeria should start building these roads with direct labour, use your people to develop your state. If government bought the equipment and pay the citizens that 35 billion to build that road, not only will they have a road, the youth will be out of poverty, the state will have the equipment for other roads… Whoever gave Nigerian leaders these contractor system on road construction is the evil one..
