An enchantment filed by the Peoples Democratic Get together (PDP) governorship candidate, Isah Ashiru, difficult the election of Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State, has been dismissed by the Supreme Courtroom.
The Unbiased Nationwide Electoral Fee (INEC) declared Sani because the winner of the train. The APC flagbearer polled 730,002 votes to defeat his closest rival Ashiru who had 719,196 votes.
The supreme courtroom which affirmed judgments of the tribunal and the courtroom of enchantment on grounds of the enchantment missing advantage, awarded no price for the judgement.
