Afrigather Sierra Leone has imposed a nationwide curfew after unidentified gunmen attacked a army barracks and tried to interrupt into an armoury in Freetown, the capital metropolis.

In line with Mr Bah, President Julius Bio declared a nationwide curfew following the safety breach on the army barracks in Freetown.

The minister recalled that Mr Bio addressed the nation within the early hours of Sunday, alerting Sierra Leoneans of the safety breach in Freetown.
“Some unidentified people attacked the army armoury. Nevertheless, they have been repelled by our gallant safety forces, and calm has been restored.
“Because the mixed staff of our safety forces continues to route out the remnant of the fleeing renegades, a nationwide curfew has been declared, and residents are inspired to remain indoors.
