African Countries cannot grow if we continue to export raw materials and minerals resources without adding values. Also Afreximbank policy is not helping the matter by helping or promoting sake of minerals resources without values in offering expensive loans to minerals resources or raw materials. The people of African Countries are denied the skills accusations needed for development.
