Actor Prince David Osei has been slammed on social media after making a name for MPs concerned within the vetting course of to respect one another.

Prince David expressed disappointment that MPs are behaving in such a fashion. In accordance with him, if MPs behave this manner then how far more their followers?

The actor was referring to the current chaos that erupted in Parliament throughout a sitting of the Appointments Committee which is vetting candidates to hitch the newly shaped Mahama-led NDC authorities.

Throughout one of many sittings of the Committee, a scuffle erupted which led to chairs, tables and digital tools being broken.

Reacting to the chaos, Prince David wrote on Twitter (now X): “It’s disheartening to witness lawmakers resorting to combating and vandalizing as a substitute of upholding decorum and etiquette. How can we count on their supporters to behave in another way?”

His feedback didn’t sit properly with social media customers who took him to job for his personal previous actions that confirmed a scarcity of respect.

“See this he goat complaining about disrespect, after he insulted the President of being a drunkard,” one fan wrote.

One other mocked him, writing: “Did you respect God’s creation earlier than going for hair transplant?”
