5 of the six males charged with murdering Italy’s ambassador to the DRC in 2021 requested acquittal on Saturday, throughout a listening to within the capital, Kinshasa.
Final Wednesday, the prosecution wrapped up its case and demanded the demise penalty for the six defendants.
“The defendants say that it isn’t them, the general public prosecutor has not been in a position to display this, and even much less so the civil social gathering. A lawyer representing Italy stated that Rome doesn’t help capital punishment and would like jail phrases.
