The Power Spokesman, CSP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, had in a press release stated the drive had not commenced its recruitment course of.

Mr Adejobi stated the commercial had no reference to the Nigeria Police or being in tandem with the police recruitment course of.

He stated the Nigeria Police had not commenced recruitment course of for the 2022 batch of constables, opposite to the commercial positioned by the PSC.
