Operatives of the Nasarawa State Police Command have arrested 4 suspects who burgled an digital retailer within the Rimi Uku space of Lafia, the state capital and carted away valuables.

Spokesperson of the command, DSP Ramhan Nansel, who disclosed this in an announcement on Sunday, June 2, 2024, mentioned the arrest adopted a grievance lodged on the ‘A’ Division in Lafia. 

In accordance with the PPRO, 4 Kapital photo voltaic batteries and two 32-inch LG tv units had been recovered from the suspects.

The suspects are Sa’advert Kashina 24, Bawa Saidu 30, Sagir Mohammed 28, and Isiaka Mohammed 20, all males of Doma and Lafia respectively.

“Upon interrogation, the suspects confessed to promoting 4 Laptops, that are a part of the stolen gadgets in Makurdi, Benue State on the charge of N30,000,” the assertion learn. 

Reacting, the Commissioner of Police, CP Umar Shehu Nadada, ordered the Divisional Cops to hold out in depth investigations into the case and cost the suspects to courtroom for prosecution immediately.
