PDP’s Agbu wins Taraba gov ballot

The Impartial Nationwide Meeting Fee has declared the candidate of the Individuals’s Democratic Celebration, Lt. Col. Kefas Agbu (retd), winner of final Saturday’s governorship election in Taraba State.

Agbu polled a complete of 257,926 votes to defeat his closest rival and the candidates of New Nigerian Peoples Celebration, Prof. Sani Yahaya, who obtained 202,278, and Senator Emmanuel Bwacha of All Progressives Congress who polled 141,592 votes.

The INEC Returning Officer, Prof. Muhammed Abdulaziz, who declared the outcomes stated the PDP candidate gained majority votes and glad all necessities by regulation.
