Osborne Phases I, II street rehabilitation begins in Lagos

The Federal Authorities has commenced milling work between Osborne Part I (Visitors Mild) and Osborne Part II to organize the part for resurfacing with asphalt.

Olukorede Kesha, federal controller of works in Lagos State, introduced this in an announcement on Wednesday.

The part is a part of the Adeniji Adele-Falomo Highway Mission in Lagos State.

The controller mentioned that the milling would begin on Wednesday night time whereas asphalt resurfacing would happen on Saturday night.

Milling refers back to the strategy of grinding away a selected layer of asphalt pavement.

“Through the milling work, the street can be partially closed as is ongoing, whereas for the asphalt resurfacing, there can be full closure,” she mentioned.

Kesha assured that the street can be absolutely re-opened by Monday morning, July 15.
