Keep locals uneducated so you can cater to the needs of foreigners from Western countries. While KZN and Gauteng is tackling illegal immigration Western Cape is not, only thing the DA is pushing for is getting Visas processed faster. R1 billion used for crime prevention and nothing to show, at least they should show us what they did with the money.
