The apex Igbo socio-cultural organisation, Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, has expressed shock over the demise of its President-Normal, Prof George Obiozor.
Governor Hope Uzodimma of Imo State had on Wednesday, in a press release, introduced the demise of Obiozor on the age of 80.
However reacting to its President-Normal’s demise, Ohanaeze in a press release titled, “Igbo Titan Bows Out,” signed by its Nationwide Publicity Secretary, Dr Alex Ogbonnia, mentioned Prof Obiozor sacrificed his private consolation within the service of the Igbo nation, including that the long-lasting diplomat can be remembered for “irrepressible braveness, candour, tolerance, giant coronary heart and equanimity.”
