Afrigather A Ghanaian nurse on the Crimson Zone Unit of the Tamale Instructing Hospital, Zeinab Mohammed Amin, has been sentenced to 6 years imprisonment with exhausting labour for assaulting her husband.
Zeinab is accused of pouring scorching water on her husband after that they had an argument over his refusal to permit her to drive his automobile.
In accordance with Zeinab, who’s a mom of two kids, she acted in self-defense as a result of her husband was abusive.
Trial choose His Lordship Justice Eric Ankoma disagreed together with her defence and sentenced her to 6 years in jail with exhausting labour.
Her husband in the meantime is being handled on the Burns Unit of the Korle-Bu Instructing Hospital.
