Nigeria’s feminine Main-Basic, Aderonke Kale (Rtd) has handed on on the age of 84.

Her position was initially as chief psychiatrist to the military. Later, she turned Director of the Nigerian Medical Corps and was its Chief Medical Officer till 1996.
She was promoted to Main-Basic in 1994 and retired from the military in 1997. Aderonke was married to Oladele Kale, a preventive and social drugs professor, and was a mom of 5 sons, together with Yemi Kale, former Statistician-Basic of Nigeria.
