Nigerians vote amid rising tensions

Weeks after presidential elections Nigerians returned to the polls on Saturday to select governors for 28 out of 36 states throughout the nation.

The election takes place as stress rise weeks after the ruling occasion, APC, gained a presidential ballot that the two fundamental opposition events alleged was marred by fraud.
