NAFDAC Seizes ‘Unlawful Medicine’ Value Over N107m in FCT

The Nationwide Company for Meals and Drug Administration and Management (NAFDAC) says it has performed a raid on drug hawkers at motor parks and markets within the federal capital territory (FCT).

In a press release on X, the company mentioned operatives of its investigation and enforcement directorate acted on intelligence from the Division of State Providers (DSS) to hold out the raids.

NAFDAC mentioned its operatives seized unlawful medication estimated at over N107 million and arrested 20 suspects.
