MK Celebration goes to court docket to dam JSC sitting over Hlophe’s exclusion

The Democratic Alliance (DA) challenged Hlophe’s appointment to serve on the JSC and final Friday, the Western Cape Excessive Court docket barred Hlophe from partaking in JSC actions together with the upcoming interviews.

MK PARTY WANTS TO INTERDICT JSC SITTING

Following Hlophe’s exclusion, the MK Celebration confirmed that it had written to chief justice Mandisa Maya in her capability as JSC chairperson requesting that subsequent week’s interviews be postponed pending the result of the get together’s enchantment towards the Western Cape Excessive Court docket determination barring Hlophe.
