Afrigather Miss SA 2024 Mia Le Roux has congratulated Chidimma Adetshina on her crowning as Miss Universe Nigeria over the weekend.
The sweetness queens – who had been buddies and fellow contestants on the native pageant – will meet once more on the Miss Universe finale in November.
Simply three weeks in the past, Chidimma – whose father is Nigerian and mom is Mozambican – stepped down from Miss SA pending an investigation by the Division of Residence Affairs (DHA) into doable identification fraud. Days later, she accepted an invite to take part within the Nigerian pageant.
Her win has since sparked controversy amongst Nigerians.
