WHICH SPRINGBOK WENT TO MILNERTON HIGH SCHOOL?

According to its alumni page, Milnerton High School in Cape Town is home to several famous faces.

One of them is Springbok Damian de Allende, who often visits his old school to share words of encouragement with the rugby team.

According to the school’s coach Heinrich Martin, De Allende excelled in both rugby and cricket.

He told SuperSport: “When I first saw him at school, he was under-16…

“He was a good schoolboy cricketer, so his hands were very good. I told him then, at one of our first meetings, that he would become a Springbok.”

Other prominent Milnerton High School alumnus include actress Nicole Bessick and golfer Luca Filippi.
