Such a shameless man Magnus Abe. Once upon a time, there was three wise men in Rivers State, those men were Amaechi, Wike and Magnus Abe, it was agreed that after Amaechi, Wike will take over and then Magnus Abe, the affirmations has held that position in the last 16 years except Magnus Abe.
