In her personal life, Ms. Finley enjoys traveling with her family and particularly spending time with her son. Furthermore, she is actively involved with several civic organizations, volunteering with Elizabeth Baptist Church, the Salvation Army and the National Alumnae Association of Spelman College. She also served as committee chair for PBF Arts Inc. from 2015 to 2018 and as an achiever leader coordinator for Everlasting Educational Experiences from 2013 to 2022. Finally, she maintains membership in the American Economic Association and the National Alumnae Association of Spelman College.

Ms. Finley completed a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Ohio Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Spelman College.
