ATLANTA, GA, June 16, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ — LaQusha Finley has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who’s Who. As in all Marquis Who’s Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Ms. Finley has carved out a distinguished career as a forecaster in multiple industries, including the beverage, airline, and banking sectors, among others, standing out as an anomaly due to the profession’s predominantly white and male-dominated nature. Her journey is marked by resilience and determination, as she has consistently worked to gain trust and prove her perspective. Despite the challenges, she has become adept at navigating this landscape, making it second nature to her. Her passion for understanding consumer behavior is evident in her role as a senior event forecaster at Havi, where she employs statistical forecasting techniques to predict consumer demands and market trends, providing valuable recommendations to clients.

Since assuming her current role in 2021, Ms. Finley has excelled at Havi, leveraging her expertise in data analytics to achieve an impressive above-average accuracy rate. She has maintained top accuracy across multiple industries with a margin of error of less than 1% for targeted goals. Additionally, she concurrently served as a data analytics fellow at Springboard, further honing her skills in this domain until completing the fellowship in June 2022.

Before joining Havi, Ms. Finley was a sales analyst at Rinnai America Corporation from 2016 to 2021 and held an overlapping role as vice president at Merritt Property Management Group Inc. from 2010 to 2018. In both capacities, she demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic planning capabilities. Earlier in her career, she worked as an analyst at Delta Airlines for 14 years and as a forecast analyst at Coca-Cola Refreshments Inc. for eight years. She also held notable roles at Interactive Communications International Inc. and Bank of America.

In her personal life, Ms. Finley enjoys traveling with her family and particularly spending time with her son. Furthermore, she is actively involved with several civic organizations, volunteering with Elizabeth Baptist Church, the Salvation Army and the National Alumnae Association of Spelman College. She also served as committee chair for PBF Arts Inc. from 2015 to 2018 and as an achiever leader coordinator for Everlasting Educational Experiences from 2013 to 2022. Finally, she maintains membership in the American Economic Association and the National Alumnae Association of Spelman College.

Ms. Finley completed a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from Ohio Christian University and a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Spelman College. Overall, she credits her success to her ability to actively listen to and engage with consumers, thoughtfully interpret feedback and translate the resulting insights into strategic recommendations. She aims to refine her skills in delivery to better meet consumer demand in the upcoming years, ensuring that no customer is without the product they need. She also seeks to optimize company resources throughout all their processes.
