Dec. 9 (UPI) — Kristen Stewart will lead the jury on the 2023 Berlin Worldwide Movie Competition.
Organizers stated in a press launch Friday that Stewart, 32, will function president of the jury on the 73rd annual movie competition in February.
“We’re enthusiastic about Kristen Stewart taking over this distinguished process,” competition administrators Mariette Rissenbeek and Carlo Chatrian stated in a press release. “She’s some of the gifted and multi-faceted actors of her era. From Bella Swan to the Princess of Wales she has given life to eternal characters. Younger, shining and with a formidable physique of labor behind her, Kristen Stewart is the proper bridge between US and Europe.”

Stewart is understood for enjoying Bella Swan within the Twilight motion pictures. She has since starred in such movies as Clouds of Sils Maria, Nonetheless Alice, Private Shopper, Spencer and Crimes of the Future.
The actress is now engaged on her feature-length directorial debut, an adaptation of the Lidia Yuknavitch novel The Chronology of Water.
The 2023 Berlin Worldwide Movie Competition will happen Feb. 16-26, 2023.
